Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; for outdoor lighting for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Improvements to Kingstown lift station; including building repairs, pump and piping replacements, electrical and control replacements, generator replacement, and the addition of gutters and security fencing. Improvements to Petty Road lift station; including wet well equipment replacements, pump replacement, generator replacement, and the addition of exterior lighting and a canopy structure over the control panels. Improvements to Union School LS including wet well equipment replacements and the addition of electrical grounding, exterior lighting, and a canopy structure over the control panels. Replacement of eleven force main air release valves. Replacement of 657 linear feet (LF) of 4" gravity sewer main with 8" gravity main to meet DEQ's minimum standard size and reconnection of three service laterals to the gravity sewer main. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
