The City of Mt. Washington is accepting sealed bids to construct a new restroom facility located at our pickleball and tennis area at the Mt. Washington Sports Complex. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The approximate size ofthe building 24ft x 20ft. o Excavation and preparation work for the facility. o Full plumbing including hot water. o All electrical needs to run the facility o Bid with and without heat only. o The men's restroom includes two toilets (including stalls), two urinals (including dividers), two sinks, and two hand driers. Mirrors for the sink included o The women's restroom includes four toilets (including stalls), two sinks, and two hand driers. Minors for the sinks included o Diaper changing station in both restrooms. o Must meet current building code and be ADA compliant. o Mechanical and storage space is to be located between the men's and women's restrooms the full length ofthe building with access in the rear. o The facility needs to consist ofa block and brick facade that matches existing facilities colors (materials to match as close as possible see page 5). o Metal roofto comply with the existing facilities colors including down spouts and gutters (materials to match as close as possible). o One water fountain that includes a bottle filler outside the facility. o Construct 10' (ten feet) concrete apron in front of building, 6' (six feet) walkway on right side (facing courts or road), and concrete pad at doors as necessaiy. o Openings for air flow/ventilation (approx. 4' (four feet) by 2' (two feet) with wire mesh.
