As of July 9 project was awarded to Steve Beam Construction but awarded amount is not available. Project Includes Looping or Connecting Dead End Lines on Sam Noble Parkway (Highway 199), East of Highway 142. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond Payable to the Owner for Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Bid. A Certified Check May Be Used in Lieu of a Bid Bond. Performance, Maintenance and Statutory Payment Bonds in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price, With a Corporate Surety Approved by the Owner, Will Be Required for the Faithful Performance of the Contract. The Owner May Waive Any Informalities or Minor Defects or Reject Any and All Bids. Any Bid May Be Withdrawn Prior to the Above Scheduled Time for the Opening of Bids or Authorized Postponement Thereof. Any Bid Received After the Time and Date Specified Shall Not Be Considered. No Bidder May Withdraw a Bid Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days Following the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof. The Owner Reserves the Right to: Change Dates the Bid Will Be Considered; Waive All Informalities; Reject Any and All Bids; Choose Whether to Accept Alternates, if Applicable; Adjust Quantities; and Add or Omit Items of Work as Deemed Necessary to Conform With Budget or Other Constraints; and to Accept That Bid Deemed Most Advantageous for Value Received.
