furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete project known as the HAM-VAR-FOREST PARK SIGNALS PROJECT, Engineer Estimated Opinion of Construction Cost is $723,755 Each bidder is required to furnish with his proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 ofthe Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State ofOhio to provide said surety. When the total overall project exceeds $27,950, all bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and the City ofForest Park, Ohio, as ascertained and determined by the Administrator ofthe Ohio Bureau ofEmployment Services (OBES) as provided in Section 4115.05 through 4115.034 ofthe Revised Code ofthe State ofOhio. It is anticipated that the Prevailing Wage Law will apply to this project. The Council ofthe City ofForest Park, Ohio, reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
