This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener ("the City") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for The Kitchener Memorial Auditorium (The AUD) - GHG Reduction Pathway Study, Mechanical Review & Design, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The City is looking to partner with a qualified Consultant to review the mechanical systems at The AUD, Located at 400 East Avenue. The successful respondent is expected to create a long range capital plan for mechanical systems renewal/replacement, and tender-ready mechanical drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment/distribution slated for replacement in the first several years of the capital plan.
