Selecting qualified Contractors to bid the Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) bid packages. Work includes site clearing and demolition, construction of a new primary clarifier, fine screen building, Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR) tanks, membrane filtration building, and dewatering building. Major improvements involve installation of new screens, pumps, blowers, and mixers; rehabilitation of existing clarifiers and walkways; and upgrades to electrical systems. Demolition of two secondary clarifiers and conversion of another into a RAS denitrification tank are also included. Scope also includes miscellaneous site and building improvements.
