In general, the work shall include but is not limited to the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, mobilization, construction best management practices, traffic control, and all incidental and appurtenant improvements and restorations required for the removal/demolition, disposal, and the construction of the Natividad Creek Park Restroom Rehabilitation Project as shown on the Plans, Technical Specifications, and as specified herein these Specifications. Such other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the Plans, Technical Specifications, the City of Salinas Standard Specifications, or these Special Provision, shall be performed, placed, constructed, and/or installed for a complete project. In addition to electronic Bid submittals, sealed original hard copies as listed in Part A of these Specifications (to be used for verification) must also be sent via courier service, mailed, or delivered within 5 working days after Bid opening date.
