Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fort St. John, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The North Peace Regional Airport is requesting proposals for the Terminal Parking Lot Refurbishment Design. The objective of the project is to have a comprehensive package prepared for the life cycle refurbishment of the terminal parking lot(s) in order to facilitate the appropriate and required restorative construction works in the following years. The project will begin with an on-site inspection, design options and recommendations/pricing for replacement/repair options which meet or exceed the latest construction practices. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. TIMELINE: The refurbishment investigation was completed. Project is not expected to proceed until Spring 2027. Owner is currently securing a new operator of the airport and once they are in place, this project will be reviewed. Coverage is discontinued until the bidding phase is ready.
