The contractor must submit the Qualification Application at least 10 days before the Quote/Bid Due Date in order for its quote/bid to be considered. Palm Beach County reserves the right to waive any bid irregularities, informalities, or technical deficiencies and to reject any and all quotes/bids. To install CCTV and Card Access per the project requirements provided below and the architectural drawings and specifications include as Exhibit "1": a.
