Site prep and coordination for the installation of prefabricated restroom and to include utility connections for restroom. Preparation and coordination for installation of new playground to also includes drainage connections and perimeter fencing around playground. Expected one contract to be awarded covering all the work. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a cashier's check or certified check on a duly organized bank made payable to the City of Marietta or a bid bond executed by the bidder and surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Georgia, in the sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the base bid. Said check or bond will be returned to unsuccessful bidders as soon as the Contract between the Owner and the successful bidder has been executed by the Owner. All bids must be made out on the bid form furnished in the contract documents, in accordance with the instructions in the Information for Bidders. No interlineations, additions or deletions shall be made in the bid form by the bidder. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for a period of ninety (90) days.
