Site work for a civil project in Coquitlam, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.
The intent of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to seek statements of qualification (the Responses) from parties (the Respondents) interested in Construction Management Services for the Coquitlam Main No.4 Tunnel Project (COQ4T). The new COQ4T tunnel will be approximately 5.9m in diameter and 2.15 km long. The scope of work for the construction management services assignment will include, but not be limited to, Pre-Construction Activities for provision of a Construction Management System, provide a full-time on-site Project Manager, assistant Project Manager(s), tunnel/shaft engineer, civil engineer (pipe installation), cost control clerk, and on-site clerical support during Construction as well as Post-Construction Activities. More specifically, the intent of this RFQ is to short-list up to (3), three Respondents to participate in a Request for Proposal for the Construction Management Services for the Coquitlam Main No. 4 Project; however, the Corporation reserves the right to short-list a greater number of Respondents.
