Therefore, any questions regarding this IFB are encouraged and should be submitted in writing by email to: City Procurement Analyst: Ruth Bruski E-Mail: ruth.bruski@denvergov.org Due to the hail damage suffered during the hailstorm back in June of 2024, 90-95% of the greenhouse panels on the south side roof of the City Park Greenhouse have been ineffective in keeping out the rain and will need to be replaced before any further damage can occur. The roof currently leaks above existing electrical services and is a safety hazard to everyone inside of the building. There are a few panels on the north side of the building that were not serviced when they replaced those roof panels back in 2018. The current shingle roofs, while serviceable, will need to be replaced soon due to age and the asphalt constantly clogging the gutters Green House Roof - Base Scope Overview: 1. Remove and dispose of all damaged panels at all green houses on south side of facility, replace with new polycarbonate panels. Contractor to match existing panels and system. 2. DPR has +-30 new panels (6'x17' Gallina USA PoliCarb - 10mm 2-wall) on site for contractor review and confirmation on during the pre-bid meeting. Panels can be used as part of the replacement project. 3. Confirm the number and size of panels needed based on existing panels and field verification. 4.
