Renovation of a mixed-use development in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
This project is to replace the BSL III laboratory Tek Air Valves. Immediately following Pre-Bid Conference The pre-bid will be the only opportunity for a pre-bid inspection of the existing conditions. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend Question Deadline 05/29/2025 Each Bidder shall examine the Contract Documents carefully and, not later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date set for receipt of bids, shall make written request to the Design Professional for interpretation or correction of any ambiguity, inconsistency or error therein which may be discovered. 13.2 Any and all interpretations, corrections, revisions, and amendments shall be issued by the Design Professional to all holders of bidding documents in the form of written addenda. Such Constructor shall perform all work in the designated areas between 09/01/25 and 11/17/25 2) Constructor shall perform all work in the designated areas during regular working hours which are 7:00a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Any work outside of these hours needs to be coordinated with UI construction manager.
