DELIVER TO: WAPA (SNR) US DOE/WESTERN AREA POWER SIERRA NEVADA 114 PARKSHORE DR FOLSOM CA 95630-4710 US This is a combined synopsis-solicitation for refurbishment of KY1A and KY3A transformers located at Flanagan Substation in Shasta County, California in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement and Wage Determination 2015-5627. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. This competition is set-aside 100% for small business concerns under NAICS code 811310. The size standard is $12.5 million as defined by the US Small Business Administration.
