The City of Hartsville is seeking paving services for the resurfacing of the existing running track at Byerly Park. The scope includes surface preparation, removal of any damaged or loose material, and installation of new rubberized surfacing. The City of Hartsville Parks and Recreation department is pursuing a Quotations-Based selection process to secure the services of an experienced contractor ("Firm") for resurfacing the existing running track at Byerly Park located at 701 W. Washington St, Hartsville, SC 29550 ("Project") using high-quality rubberized material. The scope includes surface preparation, removal of any damaged or loose material, and installation of new rubberized surfacing for a safe, durable, and aesthetically pleasing finish The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to: Inspect and prepare the existing track surface Remove loose/damaged rubber materials as needed Apply new rubberized surface material over [insert track length, e.g., 400m oval track with 8 lanes] Line marking and finishing Ensure proper drainage and surface leveling Clean up and restore site post-completion Any questions that you may have should be addressed to Kendrick Robinson, Parks and Recreation Director, via email at Kendrick.robinson@hartsvillesc.gov.
