Replace any rotten exterior wood siding and exterior wood trim work (including decorative trim and trim surrounding the windows. Replacement wood shall match existing in appearance and material. Close and repair any damage from bats, rodents, squirrels sufficient to prevent reinfestation. 2. Repair, or replace to match existing in appearance and material, rotten wood on porch roof, porch ceiling and porch support structure. 3. Repair, or replace to match existing in appearance and material, rotten wood on the porch railings, handrails at steps, and porch flooring. 4. Scrape all loose paint on exterior wood and feather into remaining paint layer. 5. Apply primer coat and apply (2) coats of exterior latex paint, matching existing color.
