As of June 23, 2025, this project is on track to begin construction near the end of July 2025. Bids for subcontractors are due June 24, 2025 at 2:30pm Salem Civic Center Renovation Project Bid packages will include the following scopes: demolition, concrete, structural steel, excavation, and micropiles.
