Reference Number 0000386299 The City of East Lansing is requesting qualified civil engineering consultants to submit proposals for performing survey, design, and construction inspection services for the Harrison Road Rehabilitation project. The project is currently programmed in the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) to receive Surface Transportation - Urban funding and local agency funding to rehabilitate Harrison Road between Grand River Avenue and Saginaw Street, a project length of approximately 0.47 miles. The project will include a phased approach to improving the midblock pedestrian crossing concern at Glencairn Elementary School.
