On-Call Custodial Services for Sacramento Public Library Authority The Sacramento Public Library Authority (SPLA) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide on-call custodial services. At the time of the release of this RFP, eligible companies must have an established Headquarters or Main Office located within 50 miles of the Central Library (828 I Street, Sacramento, CA 95814), offering the requested services. The Library is accepting proposals for a three-year contract with the possibility of two additional one-year renewals at the sole discretion of the Library. The anticipated initial term of the contract is October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2028, with possible extensions through September 30, 2030. These dates are subject to change.
