Covington Housing Authority (CHA) intends to enter into a firm, fixed price contract with one (1) or more landscaping companies ("Contractor") to provide routine monthly landscaping maintenance at three (3) properties in the Covington area. Alcovy Apartments - Alcovy Road, Covington GA 30014 o 180-units o 27.75 total acreage TFH - Jackson Street, Covington GA 30014 o 100-units o Fowler Court (44 units) - 4.95 acreage o Holmes Court (32 units) - 7.21 acreage o Taylor/Jackson (24 units) - 5.37 acreage New Leaf Center Apartments - 6147 Avery Street, Covington, GA. 30014 o 28 units - 1.68 acreage o All vacant lots The initial contract period will be one (1) year with four (4) option years. The contractor must provide a schedule for the on-site management. The schedule should clearly outline the frequency of performing each service and match the recommended services outlined in this solicitation. The performance of all routine landscaping services including mowing and lawn care, edging, mulching, blowing litter, debris removal, pruning, removal of dead vegetation, hand weeding, application of herbicide, and treatment of vegetation for pests and disease. - Contractor shall maintain any licenses and permit requirements of the City, County, State and Federal Governments, as well as all other requirements of the law.
