Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Friendsville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes building sidewalk improvements in the downtown area, and all work must be completed according to the project specifications and drawings. Each bidder must deposit the amount and form with their bid security, subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the following requirements: Conditions of employment to be observed Minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract Compliance with Section 3 (Housing and Urban Development Act) Prohibition of segregated facilities Compliance with Section 109 and Executive Order 11246 No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the bid opening date. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject all bids.
