Site work and renovation of a civil project in Allentown, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Work includes but is not limited to: Site improvements will include a new diesel generator with an automatic transfer switch on a reinforced concrete pad. Plant No. 1 and Plant No. 2 improvements will include rehabilitation of Well No. 1, replacement of sand filter media and underdrain system, replacement of the induced draft aerators, filter valve and instrumentation replacement, cleaning and painting of tanks, replacement of exterior pipe insulation, cleaning and panting interior and exterior of plants and well buildings, replacement of windows, replacement of dehumidifiers, replacement of exterior doors, replacing the floor in the fluoride room, replacing the stair and landing at entry door of Plant No. 1, upgrading the sump pump and discharge piping, installation of flood gates, site fencing and gates, site grading and restoration, and other incidentals. Please submit your bids on the standard bid proposal forms, in the manner designated and must be received in sealed opaque envelopes, bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside; addressed to the Borough Clerk, Borough of Allentown and must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a bid bond or certified check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, providing that said check or bid bond need not be more than $20,000.00 nor shall not be less than $500.00, and be delivered at the place and on or before the hour named above. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or accept a bid which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Borough. Construction is proposed to begin in July 2025 and to conclude in January 2026.
