Reference number: 20070272 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-05-23 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 3 The Office d'Habitation Fleuve et Vallee is seeking tenders for a project: Roof repair and modification of roof ventilation outlets, 91, rue St-Pierre, Ste-Luce (Luceville sector) under a contract. CONDITION: Only general contractors or contractors specializing in this type of work who have an establishment in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, are allowed to bid in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and licensed under the Building Act (R.S.Q., c. BID GUARANTEE: In the form of a surety by authorized company equivalent to: - 10% of the bid amount, valid for 45 days from the bid submission deadline; - In the form of a certified cheque, mandate, bank draft to the order of the organization, irrevocable letter of guarantee for the benefit of the said applicant or obligations payable to the holder. These must be issued or guaranteed by the government of Quebec or Canada and the maturity must not exceed five years. The value of these obligations must be 10% of the bid amount and be valid for 45 days from the closing date for submission of bids. The security must be attached to the bid.
