Renovation of a military facility in Wilmington, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Bidders are required to show identification at the Guard Booth when entering the site and must sign in at the Security Officers desk once inside. Please allow sufficient time to comply with these requirements. No exceptions. Bidder bears the risk of late delivery. Any bids received after the stated time will be returned unopened. Project includes the construction of partial roof replacement at the 198th Readiness Center, located at 1401 Newport Gap Pike, Wilmington, DE 19804. Contract Documents can be obtained at the Pre-Bid Meeting or before, by calling (302) 999-1060 upon receipt of $50.00 - Electronic or $100.00 - Hardcopy per set/ non-refundable. Construction documents will be available for review at the office of Fayda Engineering & Energy Solutions, 801 W. Newport Pike, Wilmington, DE, 19804. Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) and Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises (VBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids on this contract and will not be subject to discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin or sex in consideration of this award. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein. The Owner may extend the time and place for the opening of the bids from that described in the advertisement, with not less than two calendar days' notice by certified delivery, facsimile machine or other electronic means to those bidders receiving plans. * Additional documents including plans are available from the owner
