Renovation of an educational facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project consists of the replacement of six (6) existing air-cooled chillers and two (2) existing boilers with six (6) new air-cooled chillers and four (4) new condensing boilers in the central plant at Highlands High School. Additionally, one (1) air cooled chiller and one (1) boiler will be replaced with (1) air-cooled chiller and (1) condensing boiler at the music building. Chillers are being pre-purchased by the District, and will be furnished to the project site. Associated electrical modification, primary pump and VFD replacements, structural equipment pad modifications, and gas piping modifications are included within the project scope.
