Renovation of an educational facility in Saint-Remi, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the Saint-Viateur elementary school building in the framework of the owner's asset maintenance program. The scope of work includes renovation of the mansard roof including three chimneys (priority), upgrades to the building envelope and other exterior renovations. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Project construction may be phased. Tender for the general contractor or the first phase contractor is anticipated in spring/early summer 2026.
