Reference Number 0000387014 The City of Troy, Oakland County, Michigan, hereby solicits Technical Un-Priced Proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms for providing Construction Engineering Services and Preliminary Construction Staking Services following Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) Regulations on the proposed reconstruction and widening of Rochester Road, Barclay to Trinway. The City's Consultant designed the project. The project is anticipated to be available for bidding through MDOT on their August 2025 bid letting. The anticipated start work date is October 2025. The project consists of 1.28 miles of pavement removal and constructing a six-lane concrete boulevard while maintaining traffic. Drainage improvements, water mains, sanitary sewers, ADA ramps, sidewalks, permanent signing, pavement markings, traffic signals, street lighting, and amenities are incorporated within the project scope. The estimated construction cost is $25,000,000. An incentive/disincentive for timely completion of the work will also be included in the project.
