**As of June 30, 2025, the project was awarded to OCG Companies LLC, with an awarded amount of $1,243,346.98.** Reference Number 0000386904 The approximate quantities of major items of work involved are as follows: Concrete overlay patching on Squirrel Road from Featherstone Road to Walton Boulevard, sidewalk repairs in the Bloomfield Orchards Subdivision and along Bloomfield Village Boulevard, and miscellaneous sidewalk and curb repairs located around the City of Auburn Hills. Bid Security in the form of a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid.
