Work consists of remodeling the Southern Nevada Water Authority's R&D Lab Management Office area located on the second floor of the Lab Building at the River Mountains Water Treatment Facility (RMWTF) by the addition of a new supervisor's office and reconfiguration of the existing Manager's office and hallway. The project will involve removal and addition of the partition wall and addition of a door, ceiling frame and tiles, carpeting, baseboards, and wall painting. Modifications to the existing sprinkler and alarm system will be required as well as redistribution of HVAC into the affected offices and electrical rewiring for lighting and power to accommodate the new and remodeled offices. Data and communication systems including telephone and internet service will need to be upgraded to serve the new office.
