The Parish requests a contractor to provide electrical services located at Trace Loop and Koop Drive, Mandeville, LA. The Procurement Department can be contacted by telephone at (985) 898-2520, or via e-mail at Procurement@stpgov.org. The Contractor shall furnish and install approximately 100ft of 1" PVC using a trencher. Contractor will be required to install (8) junction boxes with racks and (2) 20 Amp 120 Volts GFCI outlets each. Each box shall have its own circuit, #10 Copper wire with its own neutral in the wooded area near the Trace Loop and Park & Ride Pavilion. Contractor shall replace the existing panel at the Park & Ride Pavilion with a new 200 Amp 30- space panel to accommodate additional outlets needed in the yard area. Contractor is required to bore under the horseshoe driveway located near the Park & Ride Pavilion. Question Deadline 05/20/2025 at 2:00 PM CT The time period for completion of the work is within fifteen (30) calendar days from the date listed to commence work in the Notice to Proceed issued by the Parish. St. Tammany Parish Government reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive informalities. The Parish reserves the right to revise this schedule. Any such revision will be formalized by the issuance of an addendum to the Quote Request. Bid date notes: Each Quote must be sealed. In addition, the outside of the envelope, box or package containing the Quote should be marked with the following information. Name and Address, State Contractor's License Number (if the estimated cost of the work is $50k or more), Quote Number, and the Quote Name. Quotes submitted without this information may be deemed non-responsive.
