Site work and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Brunswick, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
1. Seven (7) 20' square tube light poles. Poles to be painted to match current poles (black). 2. Twenty-five (25) existing MH light fixtures with LED equivalent type fixtures (7 on new poles, 16 on existing poles, and 2 spare fixtures). 3. New poles will require new wiring in poles only. All underground wiring to be reused. 4. Two (2) new photo cells will be needed to replace an old, outdated existing photocell. One (1) for the front parking lot and one (1) for the rear. 5. Contractor responsible for the removal and disposal of all old light poles and fixtures. 6. Contractor responsible for securing the areas to be worked in. Parking Lot Light Replacement the replacement of 7 light poles and 25 light fixtures located at City Hall, 4095 Center Road, Brunswick, OH 44212.
