Reference number: 20070557 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-05-23 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 12 Expected duration of the contract with options (in months) 24 Description The CSSMB wishes to retain the services of a CONTRACTOR for the labour, tools and materials required for the annual inspection and maintenance of emergency lighting systems in accordance with the National Fire Code of Canada (NFC), CSA and NFPA standards. These services mainly include, but are not limited to, the following activities: a) Inspection and maintenance of emergency lighting systems; b) Updating the inventory; c) Drafting of reports and recommendations for each facility; d) Drawing up estimates for necessary repairs following inspections; e) Minor repairs to emergency lighting; f) Issuing certificates. On an annual basis, the inspection mandate is for a period of FIVE (5) months. During this period, the CONTRACTOR must inspect and maintain the emergency lighting systems of all establishments covered by this call for tenders, as well as submit all certificates of compliance. The inspection work is planned in collaboration with the CSSMB representative during the start-up meeting. The CONTRACTOR sends a work schedule specifying the dates of his visits. This schedule must be approved by the CSSMB representative and be completed no later than September 30 of each year
