Site work for a civil project in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a development; and water / sewer project.
The stormwater pond at the intersection of Geele Avenue and North 29th requires cleaning and restoration. This project will convert the existing dry pond to a wet pond to meet DNR requirements for total suspended solids in our annual permit. This will include control equipment to be purchased and installed in 2024 because current equipment on site is obsolete and unable to be repaired. As of May 14, 2025 ,This project is included in the city's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
