Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and theater / auditorium.
Non-TCU Temporary Structure Removal/Auditorium/Playground Upgrades/Path of Travel Liquidated Damages: Two Thousand ($2000) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day the Contractor shall achieve Final Completion for the Performance Period on or before 790 continuous calendar days from NTP date A Bid Bond along with its Power Attorney prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form (Appendix A). All proposed Wicks trade subcontractors must be prequalified by the SCA.
