Site work for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work primarily consists of the addition of a 53,360-gallon ground storage tank as well as all tank appurtenances, bridge connection to existing tank, and foundations, a 500 gpm booster pump and tie into existing booster pump header, and miscellaneous site work for a complete and operating system. The deadline to ask questions is 5/30/2025 12:00 PM CST Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or acceptable Bid Bond, payable to HMW Special Utility District, in an amount no less than 5% of the maximum bid price submitted, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract within ten (10) days after receipt of the contract documents. Check shall be drawn on a responsible bank in the state and a bid bond shall be issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the state. The right is reserved, as the interest of the district may require, to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in bids received. Additionally, bids cannot be withdrawn 24 hours after they are opened.
