Town of Palmyra Old Palmyra Landfill Landfill Closure Remediation Palmyra, New York The Town of Palmyra (The Town) will be accepting Bids for landfill closure and related infrastructure at the Old Palmyra Landfill. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Erosion and Sediment Control Measures; General Earthwork; Low Permeable Soil Cap System Leachate Interception Trench; and, Revegetation Bidding Documents, consisting of Bid Instructions, Bid Forms, Contract Documents, Technical Specifications, and Drawings, will be available beginning June 9, 2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Mr. Darrell Thornock in writing via email at dthornock@labellapc.com and Mr. Mike Pelychaty in writing via email at mpelychaty@labellapc.com. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the OWNER and ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five (5) working days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
