The Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR), an agency of the State of Tennessee, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) to define the Owner's minimum service requirements; solicit proposals; detail proposal requirements; and, outline the Owner's process for evaluating proposals and selecting a firm to provide a Facilities Master Plan for Nashville State Community College (NaSCC), Nashville, TN. Through this RFP, the Owner seeks to buy the best services at the most favorable, competitive prices and to give all qualified businesses, including those that are owned by minorities, women, persons with a disability, and small business enterprises, opportunity to do business with the Owner. The Owner intends to secure a contract on behalf of Nashville State Community College for Master Plan services. The Facilities Master Plan firm/team shall provide space utilization analysis, planning, evaluations, consulting, scheduling and related services as further defined herein for a Master Plan (Project) for NaSCC - Nashville, Tennessee. The State of Tennessee reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any and all proposals in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
