No definite date for the rebid.** IFB 25-183 for: High School of Science and Technology Chiller Steel Repair IFB 25-184 for: Fire Escape Repairs at Mary Walsh Elementary School The City of Springfield is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to enter into an agreement to provide repair services at the following Springfield Public Schools. These bids fall under M.G.L. Ch. 149 and other procurement statutes. Estimated value of the contract is approximately $60,000.00. All questions regarding the IFB or its specifications must be received in writing by the Office of Procurement on or before 5/22/25 (nwalker@ springfieldcityhall.com) in order to be considered. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts. Massachusetts Division of Occupational Safety Prevailing Wage rates apply. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
