Site work for a water / sewer project in Greece, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Install approximately 6,140 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main, approximately 60 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances along Ridgeway Avenue, Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in an amount of five percent (5%) of Bidders Bid price, and in the form of a Bid bond in a form and from a Surety in a form acceptable to the Authority, to the favor of the Authority, or a certified check made payable to the Monroe County Water Authority. Pursuant to Article 6 of the General Conditions, the successful Bidder, before executing the Contract, shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond (Payment Bond) to the satisfaction of the Authority, both in the sum of the full amount of the Contract, to insure the faithful performance of the Work. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.Between $1,000,000-$2,000,000
