UMBA is seeking bids from Trade Contractors for the Flint Hall Renovation on the University of Massachusetts Amherst Campus for Early Bid Package #2. Scope includes selective demolition and abatement, including electrical make-safe at Flint Hall. Sub Bid Category Electrical Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. No prequalification was required for Early Bid Package No. 02 - Demolition & Abatement. All bidders are encouraged but not required to attend.
