Renovation of a municipal facility in Detroit, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and related services needed for the removal and replacement of the existing canopy roof system, to include all applicable state building codes, manufacturers recommendations, and industry standards. The project also includes a.) the removal and replacement of a portion of the Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS) soffit and refinishing of the remaining balance of the area so the entire soffit has the same finish, texture and color AND the removal and replacement of two (2) rows of bird spikes on the sill of the reveal on the south and west elevations. Acquiring all necessary building permits through the state of Michigan, LARA/Bureau of construction codes 5% BID SECURITY REQUIRED ALL questions should be emailed to Curt Carlson at carlsonc7@michigan.gov no later than 2:00 p.m., Eastern on Monday June 2, 2025.
