Redevelopment of 33, rue Notre-Dame Est, phase 2 (Ref.: B2024-03-116107). The scope of work includes interior redevelopment of the building to house the city leisure services and sustainable development departments. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded an architectural and an engineering professional consultants to complete design and monitor construction. Preliminary studies and conceptual design is underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in late 2025. Timelines of further project development are being finalized.
