Renovation of a municipal facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work to be performed under ITB 2025-005 consists of: Installation of three (3) new Mitsubishi units and modifications of one (1) existing unit in remodeled office areas at the OTA Head quarters. Bidding contractors must hold certification in Mitsubishi. systems The bidder shall submit, with the proposal, a certified or cashier's check a bid bond for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal to quarantee. The awarded bidder will enter into a contract and obtain required bonds (performance, statutory bond & defect bond) in agreement with the requirements of the Solicitation. The check must be payable to the order of the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority. The bonds are a state requirement on all construction bids over $50,000.00.
