Site work and paving for a road / highway in Caldwell, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
CR21 County Highway Improvement. Work shall not commence prior to July 1, 2025 and shall be completed no later than October 31, 2025. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bond with an approved surety company as surety, in the sum of 100 percent of the amount of the bid as surety for the execution of the contract, or certified check for the amount of 10% of the bid on some solvent bank within the Village of Caldwell, and made payable to the Noble County Treasurer, Caldwell, Ohio. Please mark all envelopes CR21 County Highway Improvement. Award contingent on OPWC funding available July 1 st . Construction must be completed between July 1 st and October 31 st. The successful bidder will be required to execute the contract within 15 days after the award of the work to him and shall furnish bond for the faithful performance of said contract in the sum of 100 percent of the total amount of his bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any and all bids.
