PS 152 (Bronx) - PLA ALT Parapets/Roofs/Exterior Masonry/ Chiller Plant Upgrade/ Flood Elimination $4000001-Above. The Contractor shall achieve Final Completion for the Performance Period on or before 790 continuous calendar days from NTP date. Liquidated Damages The Contractor shall pay to the SCA as liquidated damages the sum of Three thousand ($3,000) Dollars for each continuous calendar day the Work shall not be substantially complete after the above-stated Substantial Completion date or any authorized extension thereof Liquidated Damages: Three thousand ($3,000) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day and as set forth in the Construction Contract Page CC-3 and Appendix B. A Bid Bond along with its Power Attorney prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form.
