The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor to complete the project. This project is being supported with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Community Development Block Grant, Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funding under the Florida Department of Commerce, agreement M0008. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements, outlined in Appendix I: Federal Funding Requirements, apply to this opportunity. This bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, with respect to Public Entity Crimes. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the Bid shall accompany the Bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All bids shall be firm (including all labor and material prices) for a period of 45 days after opening.
