No bidder may withdraw his bid (which includes a certified check, cashiers check or bidders bond) within 15 days after the scheduled closing of the receipt of bids. Construction Start Date: 6/25/2025. Construction End Date: 11/7/2025. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or parts of bids and waive informalities herein.
