GUARANTEES: The Bid must be accompanied by the following documents: A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total cost of the Tender; A performance bond in the amount of 50% of the total cost of the Contract to be entered into; A surety bond for guarantees, materials and services, to the value of 50% of the total cost of the Contract to be entered into. To be validly received, Tender documents must be placed in a sealed envelope bearing the title and number of the project, or in the case of an electronically transmitted Tender, encrypted, transmitted, time-stamped and saved on the SEAO's servers no later than the date and before the deadline for receipt of tenders. Tenders received will be publicly opened at the SHDM office immediately after the expiry of the deadline set for their receipt. Tenderers must have, at the time the Tender is submitted, a business establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to this call for tenders and hold the appropriate licences issued by the Regie du batiment du Quebec as well as a valid certificate issued by Revenu Quebec.
