Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and bridge / tunnel.

Site Directions: Project site is located south of 1724 Main Street parking lot and across the pedestrian bridge. Est. Completion Date: Sept. 18, 2025 Pre-Qualification: Yes Description: Construction of a purchased 40' x 30' shelter and footers, concrete pad, sidewalk pavers, electrical services and reseeding. The Village of Cross Plains reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicality and to accept any bid that it deems advantageous. All bids shall remain subject to acceptance for sixty (60) days after the time set for bid opening. The Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
