Ultrathin Bonded Wearing Course (128th St NW and 105th St NW/Amery Ave NW) UTBWC 10,550 LF Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond payable to Silver Creek Township for not less than five (5) percent of the total bid, as a guarantee that the bidder will, within thirty (30) days after notification of award of contract enter into an agreement with the Township and furnish a performance bond and a payment bond for the full amount of the Contract as provided by law. If the low responsible bidder, upon the award of the contract, shall fail to enter into the contract, the amount of such certified check or bidder's bond shall be forfeited to the Township as liquidated damages. Silver Creek Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interest of the Township.
